About IAE Dental Awards
International Award of Excellence (IAE) Dental Awards is a Private Awards Ceremony presented by Graviton International. IAE Dental Awards is awarded to Dental Professionals / Practices with proven State of Excellence in Dentistry and Recognizing Individuals / Practices for their Outstanding Achievements & Dedication towards the field of Dentistry. The IAE process includes Review of the Application, Public Voting, Professional Checks and decision by the Jury Panel. The awards are instrumental for motivating other Dentists to strive for greater heights and to contribute more actively towards promoting the Profession’s intellectual, creative and ethical value systems.
Entry Terms
All Entrants should be registered Dentists by the recognised Dental Council from the countries which they apply from.
Agreement
Applicants submitting the application agree to the terms and conditions and the review process. Additional documents are requested to assess the professional credibility of the applicants. IAE Awards has the right to disqualify any applicant who provides false information and violating the terms and conditions.
IAE Awards will not be responsible for any misconceptions regarding the Awards Process and Selection Criteria. IAE Awards has the right to deny the entry of any participants during the ceremony if they possess a potential risk to the public and the organisation.
IAE Awards & Graviton International has all the rights to change the venues/ dates. Any venue/ date changes will be informed one month prior to the event and the organiser will not responsible for any travel/ hotel related bookings.
Payment
All applicable fees are non-refundable. Payments are processed by Graviton Global Holdings through approved payment methods. We do not provide any free service, administration fee will be applicable for any amendments.
Force Majeure
Graviton International (or) Graviton Global Holdings Ltd (or) IAE Awards are not liable for events outside our reasonable control and no refunds will be applicable. Any act or situation which is beyond our reasonable control is known as a “Force Majeure Event“. In such a circumstance, we are not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of our obligations or contracts under the General Terms. Any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our control includes (but is not limited to):
1. strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
2. civil commotion, riot, invasion, cyber-attack, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
3. fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, disease outbreak, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster;
4. impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
5. interruption or failure of utility services (including the inability to use public or private telecommunications networks); and
6. the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Liability Waiver
I, as a Award Applicant/ Nominee/ Finalist, agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking such participation in IAE Awards presented by Graviton International and activities of my own free will. I hereby assume all risks of personal injury and/or other loss or damage arising out of or in any way associated with my participation in this event. I release to the fullest extent permitted by law, Graviton International and its subsidiaries. and any of its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents or other representatives, successors, assigns, and all others acting on their behalf (collectively referred to herein as the "Released Parties") from any and all responsibilities, claims, expenses, personal injury, wrongful death or liability for injuries or damages of any kind resulting from or in any way arising out of my participation in any event organized by Graviton International.
IAE Awards or Graviton International is not responsible for travel disruptions due to fire, flood, volcano, acts of God or terrorism which may affect travel to/from a Graviton International event and no refunds of any fees can be offered under these conditions.
I also agree to hold the Released Parties harmless against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending such claims directly or indirectly resulting from, or in any way arising out of or related to my participation in IAE Awards Ceremony presented by Graviton International.
I acknowledge that my participation in this event is expressly conditioned on my agreeing to the foregoing. This contract is prepared subject to English Law. Contents of this website, Terms and Conditions are subjected to change without any notice.
